The product is easily set between spaces in log home unsealed for 19 years. My energy audit indicates the air changes in this Canadian border house 8 times a day and to be efficient it needs to be sealed and air exchanges for saving heat loss need to be less than 3, so this is recommended, appears and feels like the right stuff and next winter will tell
Product works great, easy to push into the gap and caulk over! More came then I had originally expected!
