Poolside delivery

Not one tube leaves this lido in a box. Delivery is arranged entirely by the shop you order from, and the only honest delivery date is the one shown on the listing for your own postcode.

Why foam ships oddly

A pool noodle is mostly air inside a very large box. A 50-pack of 48 inch tubes is light enough to carry one-handed and still needs a van, so carriers price it by volume rather than weight. That is also why the per-tube price falls so hard with pack size: the box is the expensive part.

What to expect in the package

Packs usually arrive banded or bagged rather than boxed rigidly, and the tubes may be compressed in transit. Foam recovers. Stand the pack on end for a few hours and a travel dent lifts out on its own; a crease that survives a day was there before the van was.

Timing in season

Late spring is the busy window and the one where stock moves fastest. If a colour matters, order it before the first hot weekend rather than after.

Something wrong on arrival

Damage, a short count or the wrong colour are all handled through the order page at the shop you bought from, which has your order number and the carrier record. The towel return page covers the practical steps.
