The terms for using this site. Short, because the site does very little: it describes foam products and links to the listings that sell them.
Descriptions, measurements and photographs of foam products sold under the Oodles of Noodles name. They are written from the listings and from the makers' own specifications, and they are informational. They are not an offer of sale and they are not a contract.
Every figure here is a snapshot. Prices and availability change without notice at the shop that sells the item, and the figure shown at your checkout is the one that applies. Where this site and a listing disagree, the listing is correct.
We take care with the numbers and still get some wrong. Nothing here is a guarantee of a dimension, a pack count, a material or a result. Check anything that matters on the listing before you order, and check anything safety-related with the maker.
Foam floats; it is not a life-saving device and nothing on these shelves is certified as one. Children in or near water need an adult watching, whatever they are holding. Nothing sold under this name is edible.
