Where to write

The one address is deckhand@oodlesofnoodles-1ni.pages.dev. There is no telephone line and no live chat; a short email with the page address in it gets a faster answer than either.

What we can help with

• A figure on a page that no longer matches the listing.
• A foam product under this name that has no card here.
• A lane that has clearly put something in the wrong place.
• A broken link, a missing photograph or a page that will not open.

What we cannot help with

Anything tied to an order: payment, delivery dates, a missing parcel, a refund or a replacement. We have no access to orders, so a message about one only costs you the time. The shop you ordered from has all of it on the order page.

How long an answer takes

Usually a day or two. A correction to a page often lands before the reply does, because fixing the number is quicker than writing about it.
